WordStructor supports Ollama (local, fully offline), OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Groq. You can configure each provider in the config.toml file under the [ai] section. Local models via Ollama require no API key, making them ideal for privacy-first and offline workflows.

Absolutely. The Standard License lets you publish and sell unlimited books under your own name. The White-Label License removes all WordStructor branding and allows you to resell as a SaaS platform to your own clients. See the Licensing section for full details and pricing.

Download and install Ollama from ollama.com, then pull a model like llama3 or mistral. In WordStructor, set provider = "ollama" and model = "llama3" in config.toml. That's it — no API key needed, everything runs locally on your machine with full privacy.

A project contains all your brand settings, outlines, and configurations. A book is a single generated output within a project. You can generate multiple books from one project using different prompts or outlines, and each book gets its own folder under the build output directory for easy management.

The White-Label License allows you to fully rebrand WordStructor as your own product. You can modify the UI, replace logos, change the domain, and sell access to your customers. Licenses are validated via a local cache with optional online checks, and you can issue sub-licenses to your end-users. See the Licensing section for setup instructions and available tiers.
